Went to a lot of dealerships. All of them telling me the same thing, I'd make the drive only to get turned down after they already said I was approved. Grote Mitsubishi, totally different they said what they were going to do and did it. exactly word for word. they got me approved with a very low down payment as they said they would. No gimmicks no games. If you've need turned down before hit up Grote Mitsubishi you wont regret it

Very pleasant experience. Sales person Vanessa, manager Chad and Jonathan in the finance department were all AMAZING!!!!!!!! Customer service goes a long way with me and I was impressed every step of the way. They all worked diligently with me and my husband and were able to place us in the vehicle that we wanted.

They sold me a car with the headlamp not working i got pulled over and the police told me that it's against the law to sell a vehicle in this condition now the part is on back order. Not real happy.

The sale staff seems to be nice because he wants to sale the car. After I picked up the car, I never heard a wkrd from them. I sent email, left phone message. However, I have not heard back from anyone from Grote.

I had the best experience purchasing my 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat.Malik was my salesman and he was more than willing to answer all my questions and made the purchase headache free. The car was serviced per my request but I was surprised my tire pressure light was left on. The tools service light on the dash was also not removed. I had to google how to remove it from my dash.
Always trust them with my family's vehicle very respectfully and caring with my concerns. Also willing to take the extra steps to make sure repairs are correct.

Zach B and his team have always provided EXCELLENT customer service. My dad lives out of state and he's my go to person, he and Zach have an excellent relationship and my dad trusts Zach and Grote to make sure that I'm ok on the road.
The service department was great got me right in and programmed key while I was there. Very accommodating and the customer service was great!
Megan made the appointment and Zach was my point person. Zach has been my person of contact since 2019 and he ALWAYS gives exceptional service. The trust is unmatched. I don't feel comfortable going anywhere else other than Grote and that's why I haven't left. Mitch and Mr Cooper both take great care of me when I need it.

The transmission went out in the 2017 Tahoe I purchased from Grote ,600 miles and 2 1/2 weeks out of the 1000 mile warranty period I called the dealership and talked to Ricky to see if they would work something out to help with repairs and was told since I didn't purchase an extended warranty, there was nothing they could do. 300 of the 600 miles I was over is due to the fact that I live in northern Michigan.
Grote was able to get me into the vehicle of my dreams after being turned down by multiple places. I can’t thank Jason enough everything he did that day from explaining processes to me to helping keep my 3 kids entertained. Thank you so much for everything!
