They sold me a car with the headlamp not working i got pulled over and the police told me that it's against the law to sell a vehicle in this condition now the part is on back order. Not real happy.

The sale staff seems to be nice because he wants to sale the car. After I picked up the car, I never heard a wkrd from them. I sent email, left phone message. However, I have not heard back from anyone from Grote.

The car was serviced per my request but I was surprised my tire pressure light was left on. The tools service light on the dash was also not removed. I had to google how to remove it from my dash.
Always trust them with my family's vehicle very respectfully and caring with my concerns. Also willing to take the extra steps to make sure repairs are correct.

Zach B and his team have always provided EXCELLENT customer service. My dad lives out of state and he's my go to person, he and Zach have an excellent relationship and my dad trusts Zach and Grote to make sure that I'm ok on the road.
The service department was great got me right in and programmed key while I was there. Very accommodating and the customer service was great!
Megan made the appointment and Zach was my point person. Zach has been my person of contact since 2019 and he ALWAYS gives exceptional service. The trust is unmatched. I don't feel comfortable going anywhere else other than Grote and that's why I haven't left. Mitch and Mr Cooper both take great care of me when I need it.

The transmission went out in the 2017 Tahoe I purchased from Grote ,600 miles and 2 1/2 weeks out of the 1000 mile warranty period I called the dealership and talked to Ricky to see if they would work something out to help with repairs and was told since I didn't purchase an extended warranty, there was nothing they could do. 300 of the 600 miles I was over is due to the fact that I live in northern Michigan.
Grote was able to get me into the vehicle of my dreams after being turned down by multiple places. I can’t thank Jason enough everything he did that day from explaining processes to me to helping keep my 3 kids entertained. Thank you so much for everything!

I had routine maintenance done for front brakes and rotors. The oil changed with oil filter and the engine air filter changed also. The tire rotation was done. Thank you to the service department excellent job done.

The salesman was very good. I had to take the 2017 Buick Encore a week after purchasing this car and Grote did repair it but now the Encore won't stop sending the evap codes on this car. Replaced the evap sensor twice and the gas cap twice. I have put a 1000 dollars into it. I wish I never bought this car.
